The WeCare-Association is a registered association in Switzerland. It benefits from tax exemption in the Kanton of Zurich and is thus accredited as a Non-Profit-Organization.
It was founded by Susanne Riz and Robert Buchbauer in 2016 and its committee was extended in 2019.
Susanne Riz
Susanne Riz, born on April 29, 1966, graduated from Innsbruck University with a masterโs degree in Business Administration and a masterโs degree in Art with Italian and English translation as major subjects. After working for LโOrรฉal and LVMH in their respective marketing departments, she relocated to Switzerland and became the mother of two children. While raising her children, she was self-employed and involved in various projects. Since this did not prove to be economically promising, she decided to dedicate her time to helping other people and founded, together with her husband, the WeCare-Association. She strongly supports the idea of helping people to help themselves and wants to provide people with a better perspective for their future.

Esther Enkelmann
Since March 2022, Esther Enkelmann is a new member of the Board of the WeCare Association. Esther Enkelmann was born in 1971 in Mittelberg, Austria and is a proud mommy of four children. In recent years, Esther has increasingly focused on the development of her couture label “Esthermann”, thus also fulfilling her long-awaited wish to live out her creative potential. We are delighted that Esther has agreed to take care of the conceptual development of FDR. Even more so as Esther pursues a sustainable approach with her label and thus also fits well with the values of Femmes des riziรจres.
We warmly welcome Esther as a new member of the board and are very much looking forward to our cooperation.
